24May 2014, 11:46. Yes, on all A4 B8 there is the 240hp engine and on those the tensioner and injector problems are solved. So that starts with the 2008 model. The only issues are the intake flaps, but it is very easy to remove them and code them out, as they do not affect anything except emissions on low throttle.
